I stopped watching the news and listening to negative people. I no longer participate in conversations about the economy declining. I have also moved away from watching films that have sad endings and songs about heartache. None of these do any good for my self esteem. Even a negative text can instantly change how you feel. Pay attention to how your mood changes after you hear or read something negative. Your brain believes what you tell it the most.
You must program yourself to be a hopeless success... Listen to 1 audio a day because if you are being told that you are a success you WILL become a success... Feed positive thoughts into your brain and they will overcome the negative thoughts. If you know of some great ones, please list them in the comment section.
